Individual sessions - face-to-face
In Paris and Morocco (Casablanca, Rabat and Marrakech)
Individual Transformational Breath® sessions offer a time for you - a moment to slow down, put down what's weighing you down, and reconnect with your breath, your body and your vitality.
In a face-to-face setting, you are welcomed into a confidential, caring and reassuring environment, where you can relax fully and let yourself be guided through your process.

Individual face-to-face sessions are a deep dive through the breath.
Through conscious breathing, we bypass the mind to access emotional memories, release tension, restore clarity and reconnect you to your vital energy.You'll be able to:
- Integrate buried emotions and release stress
- Clarify your deepest desires and priorities
- Strengthen your confidence and inner grounding
- Express yourself with greater authenticity and presence
- Cultivate lasting inner peaceEach session takes place in a confidential, supportive environment that respects your rhythm.
And gradually, you'll learn to integrate this practice at home, on your own. -
Each session lasts around 1h30 to 2h, and includes a personalized coaching session.
The first session includes a questionnaire and an in-depth discussion to establish a clear framework tailored to your needs.
Practice takes place lying down, eyes closed, in a calm, safe space.
We begin with a breath analysis, to observe your breathing pattern together. You are then guided step-by-step in conscious, fluid and connected breathing, using the Transformational Breath® method.
During the session, several gentle tools can be used to support your breathing process:
– firm but supportive touch or body mapping
– the use of sound and vocal tones
– positive affirmations
– verbal guidance, depending on what helps your breath open naturally and safely.The session ends with a 15-minute integration period, accompanied by soft music.
After the session, there will be time to discuss your experience and answer any questions you may have.
Individual sessions - online
I offer individual Transformational Breath® sessions online via Zoom.
Yes, you read that right! Transformational Breath® sessions are also available online!
This allows us to share this powerful breathing practice with more people. It's amazing how profound and effective these online sessions are. The experience is different from face-to-face sessions, but certainly no less effective!

Online sessions are open to experienced participants and beginners alike.
Each appointment lasts 90 minutes and includes :
- Initial coaching to identify any challenges you may be facing and help you define an intention for your session.
- An analysis of your breathing pattern.
- Approximately 45 minutes of Transformational Breath® practice.
- An opportunity to share and integrate the experience, if you wish.
- A 10-minute follow-up call one or two days later.
During the breathing phase, you'll be taken care of according to your individual needs and gently guided to self-facilitate.
I have taken additional training specifically focused on online facilitation of the method. Feedback from my clients indicates that the sessions were deep and powerful, and that they felt fully supported throughout.
This is an adapted version of the technique, which gives the client more responsibility for their experience through self-facilitation (guided), enabling them to learn to support themselves in their own breathing practice.

You'll receive confirmation of your appointment and detailed membership instructions, including how to set up your breathing space once your payment has been secured.
To enable you to integrate the Transformational Breath® process and see the results, I recommend starting with a series of 3 or 5 sessions in close succession.
Bonus: after 5 sessions, you'll be able to practice on your own.
