Breathwork — also known as conscious breathing — helps bypass the mind and access the subconscious. It supports the integration of emotions and traumas that may be holding you back from living a fulfilling, vibrant life.

Your breath is a key to understanding how you function and what you’ve lived through. Its openness, fluidity, depth, and ease are powerful indicators of your life experience and the way you move through the world.

What is 

Transformational Breath® has a rich 45-year history of evolution. Founded by Dr. Judith Kravitz in the 1970s, this technique is based on conscious, connected diaphragmatic breathing.

What makes Transformational Breath® unique is its holistic approach, which embraces all three levels of our being: physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual.

Transformational Breath® helps us breathe better, access more energy, feel greater peace and love, and ultimately reach higher levels of consciousness.

This method stands apart from other breathwork practices through the integration of a set of powerful tools that enhance and support the transformation process:

  • Our primary goal is to empower you to take ownership of your healing process. We create a safe and supportive space to accompany you along the way.

  • This is not traditional coaching.
    We offer a space where what’s usually hidden — beneath words, behind patterns — is gently invited to reveal itself.

    The tools we use invite you to shift your perspective by reconnecting with your felt experience. Our intention is to help bring to light what nourishes — and what limits — the flow in your relationships and in your connection with different aspects of your being.

  • During the sessions, we use the frequency of a clear sound to support the phase of emotional integration. Sound also allows repressed emotions — often rooted in childhood — to be expressed and released.

    Movement is used at specific moments during the session to help the breather move through resistance, open the breath, support relaxation and release, or simply allow the body’s natural expression and energy flow to emerge.

  • Body mapping allows us to work on areas of the body that hold trauma or emotional blockages. Physical touch — especially focused on the muscles — helps release the breath and tensions stored in the body. We also use positive affirmations to reprogram limiting beliefs held in the subconscious.

  • At Transformational Breath, we recognize that there are dimensions beyond the body, mind and emotions.

    The spiritual dimension holds the highest frequencies of your being. As facilitators, we honour what is present — and invite love, light, and joy to gently infuse your journey.
