Your breath tells your story

Our breath tells the story of our life.

We use our breath to control our emotions, often without realizing it.
Think about what your body does when you don't want to laugh.
The body tenses up.
The breath is held.

It is exactly the same when anger arises or when fear is present.
The body closes up, and breathing changes.

Over time, our personal history creates a specific breathing pattern.
The way we have lived shapes the way we breathe.
Breath and life become mirrors of each other.

When we work with our breathing and open up restricted areas,
this mirror also transforms.
When our breathing changes, the way we connect with life also changes.

This weekend is for you if…

This weekend has been designed for those who feel the urge to slow down, reconnect with their breath, and explore gentle transformation.

You feel the need to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

You are curious about mind-body and holistic approaches.

Stress or pressure affect your breathing and your inner state.

You want to incorporate a simple and practical routine into your daily life.

You prefer small groups and personalized support.

Breathe together, align, transform.

No prior experience is necessary.

What you will experience

A woman is speaking in a room decorated with lighted niches and white curtains, creating a warm atmosphere.
A black spiral shape on a white background.

During this weekend, you will experience firsthand what breath can transform when approached consciously and with guidance.

Through breathing, you will learn to understand what your breath reveals:

  • how your body reacts,

  • which parts of your expression are open,

  • and which ones are still being considered.

By opening up the breath, certain physical tensions are released,
the mind calms down,
and the emotional experience can be integrated with greater clarity.

As breathing becomes more fluid, a different kind of relationship with oneself develops.
Some people refer toit as intuition, others as inner guidance or deeper wisdom
. There is nothing to believe, only an experience to be had.

The intention of this weekend is simple:
relearn how to breathe naturally, functionally, and consciously,
and leave with the ability to continue supporting yourself at home through your breath.

A global, integrative approach

  • Changing your breathing transforms the way you connect with yourself and with life.

By becoming aware of your breathing patterns, you understand how your breath influences your emotions, tensions, and inner state, often automatically.

By learning to breathe more freely, breathing becomes a concrete support for navigating emotions, calming the mind, and regaining clarity during periods of stress or transition.

  • Breath is your primary source of energy and regeneration.

By learning to breathe more consciously, engaging your diaphragm, and gradually opening up your respiratory system, you naturally support oxygenation, circulation, and balance in the body.

  • Smooth, continuous breathing naturally promotes inner calm.

By allowing the breath to flow more freely, the nervous system regulates itself,
    the mind calms down,
and a more stable and relaxed presence takes hold, even when faced with everyday challenges.

  • When the breath flows more freely, energy becomes more present and fluid in the body.

You feel more alive, clearer, more aligned, and more in touch with your inner self (
), with renewed momentum to move forward in your life with greater fluidity and consistency.

  • Conscious breathing acts beyond the mind.

It allows you to access buried memories,
    integrate unresolved emotional burdens,
and release whatever hinders the natural expression of your being.

Transformational Breath® is an integrative, simple and profound method based on conscious, connected diaphragmatic breathing. This technique acts on all aspects of your well-being, generating lasting transformations.

Loubna El Koi - Founder of Triora Breath

Known for her grounded presence, warmth and playful nature, Loubna is a certified Transformational Breath® mindfulness coach, facilitator and Group Leader.

After working for 15 years in consulting, she fully understands the pressures and stress that this lifestyle can bring. In 2020, these effects reached their peak, and she chose to leave the corporate world to embark on a personal and professional transformation.

Like many, Loubna explored traditional therapies to better understand and heal herself. She trained as a naturopath and neuroscience coach, which greatly improved her quality of life and underlined the importance of mental health. Yet these approaches failed to address the unconscious patterns that prevented her from living fully and joyfully. It was only with the discovery of breathwork that her real transformation began.

Today, her work focuses on returning to the body's innate wisdom, integrating breath, somatic practices, meditation and body exploration. Loubna had the opportunity to learn from Judith Kravitz, founder of Transformational Breath®, and Eugenia Altamira, program coordinator of the Transformational Breath Foundation. Curious by nature, she constantly pursues her studies to enrich her practice.

Her mission is to help others discover the deep healing power that lies within each of them, enabling them to live with greater joy, resilience and authenticity.

Let go and allow your breath to take control again...

You feel that something inside you needs space.
Not to understand more, but to breathe differently, settle down, and return to the essentials.

Reclaim Your Breath® is an invitation to take that break, listen to what your body is whispering, and let your breath become a source of support, a resource, and a guide once again.

I invite you to give yourself this time for yourself—in a safe, intimate, and deeply human setting.
